With this strategic acquisition, ProMedia aims to extend its leading position in transport, logistics and mobility to the industrial sector. For Industrielinqs’ portfolio, the larger ProMedia is fertile ground for further growth.
The acquisition, which is expected to be completed before next summer, marks an important milestone for both companies. Wim Raaijen, director-owner of Industrielinqs, and Arie van Dijk, CEO of ProMedia, signed the letter of intent after a short period of rapidly growing mutual trust and shared visions for the future.
Further expansion
