The Netherlands – Industrielinqs, publisher of Industryandenergy.eu, will soon become part of the ProMedia Group. With this strategic acquisition, ProMedia aims to extend its leading position in transport, logistics and mobility to the industrial sector. For Industrielinqs’ portfolio, the larger ProMedia is fertile ground for further growth.

The acquisition, which is expected to be completed before next summer, marks an important milestone for both companies. Wim Raaijen, director-owner of Industrielinqs, and Arie van Dijk, CEO of ProMedia, signed the letter of intent after a short period of rapidly growing mutual trust and shared visions for the future.

Further expansion

‘This acquisition offers great opportunities for growth and development Industrielinqs,’ says Wim Raaijen, who will join ProMedia after 22 years of entrepreneurship as publisher/editor-in-chief. ‘ProMedia’s power and multimedia approach will help us further expand the industrial media and knowledge platform, especially online and in events, in the Netherlands, Belgium and also more international.’

ProMedia, known for its quality substantive trade journalism products and multimedia approach, considers Industrielinqs’ expertise and position in the industrial market a valuable addition to its current portfolio. ‘The integration of Industrielinqs strengthens and broadens our position in the market and offers us opportunities to expand our reach in the industrial sector,’ says Arie van Dijk.

The full acquisition of Industrielinqs also includes Industrielinqs’ permanent staff, freelancers, permanent contacts and ongoing contracts, ensuring continuity and stability for clients and employees.
