GET H2 TransHyDE project produces first hydrogen at RWE’s plant

Germany – GET H2 TransHyDE joint project, based in Lingen, Germany, has achieved a significant milestone. For the first time, hydrogen has been produced on the site of the RWE gas-fired power plant in Emsland (KEM) using a high-temperature solid oxide electrolyser (SOEC) developed by Sunfire.

Norwegian Nel to build hydrogen electrolyzer gigafactory in Michigan

United States – Nel, a Norwegian hydrogen company, has selected Plymouth Charter Township, Michigan, as the location for its next gigafactory. Fully developed, the factory will be among the world’s largest electrode manufacturing facilities, with a total annual capacity of 4 GW Alkaline and PEM technology.
