Germany – A three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by MAN Energy Solutions and the classification society DNV.
The agreement stipulates that by June 30th, 2022, the two companies will detail their plans for decarbonization, the hydrogen value chain, and digitalization in the fields of these three areas.
Tackling transformation
Dr. Remi Eriksen said: “Decarbonization and digitalization are transforming the maritime industry. Through collaboration we can tackle this transformation, and together with MAN Energy Solutions we will be shaping solutions that bring value to both our companies and, most importantly, to our customers.”
For the duration of the agreement, Puckett, Stiesch, and Rysst will be the primary points of contact between the companies.
