They collaborate to provide best-in-class experience and capacity in the rapidly increasing hydrogen sector, thereby accelerating the energy transition.
Both companies have a long track record of successful partnership. Hexagon Purus and Wystrach, both pioneers in high-pressure technology, have pushed to make climate-friendly hydrogen applications a part of everyday life. Since 2008, Hexagon Purus has been supplying Wystrach with high-performance cylinders for use in a variety of applications, including transportation, tank systems, stationary storage, and refueling solutions.
The transaction is scheduled to close in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to certain closing conditions being met and normal regulatory clearances being obtained.
