Greece – Advent Technologies Holdings and DEPA Commercial have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on hydrogen projects of mutual interest in Greece.
The Memorandum of Understanding lays out the basics of an upcoming, legally binding agreement.
Collaboration areas
With the involvement of other significant industrial partners, the parties have preliminarily agreed to work together on the production of environmentally friendly hydrogen for use as a fuel.
Additionally, they will collaborate on the development of a proprietary, highly distinctive CHP system with efficiency levels close to 90%, multifuel operating capabilities (hydrogen, natural gas, and e-fuels), and the ability to address key present and future on-grid and off-grid operation modes and business cases.
In addition to developing synergies for promoting hydrogen and related technologies, the companies will work together to establish an innovation hub for the Greek hydrogen and fuel cell industry.
