The Netherlands – In order to meet the growing demand from the Groningen area’s onshore and offshore wind industries, RelyOn Nutec plans to open a new training center in Eemshaven in early 2023.
As a result of a joint effort between Eemshaven and Groningen Seaports, a suitable location has been found in the Emmahaven area of the port to service North Sea wind projects. After that, construction of the new facility will begin in March of that year.
Developing hydrogen market
RelyOn Nutec wants to play an important role in shaping and developing new standards for hydrogen safety training in the Netherlands, where the Dutch hydrogen industry is just getting started outside of Eemshaven. For research and testing purposes, as well as by other parties in the region, the hydrogen training objects will be available for use at the new training center.
RelyOn Nutec now has cutting-edge training facilities along the North Sea coast, thanks to the completion of the Eemshaven site. On this route you will travel from Norway’s Trondheim to Denmark’s Esbjerg via Bremerhaven, Eemshaven, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam before arriving in Ostend (Belgium). Across the water in Great Yarmouth, Teesside, and Aberdeen, training facilities are available (United Kingdom). Training facilities for RelyOn Nutec are always nearby.
